Kula Wellness Therapy was created with intention and heart. Kula is a Sanskrit word meaning community — a place where we experience connection, safety, and a sense of belonging.

This meaning reflects the kind of space we strive to create within our practice: one where individuals feel supported, understood, and not alone in their experiences. Rooted in compassion and collaboration, our goal is to provide a safe environment where people can explore their experiences, nurture their wellbeing, and move toward meaningful change.

We provide therapy for individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Our aim is to help clients build confidence, balance, and meaningful change in their lives.

Meet Vish

Vish is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who supports individuals and families through life’s challenges. She believes that every person has the capacity for meaningful growth and change — sometimes all it takes is the right space and support to reconnect with it.


Throughout her career, Vish has worked with clients navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and self-esteem concerns. She takes a collaborative, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique experiences and goals.


Known for her warmth, attentiveness, and culturally responsive perspective, Vish creates a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. She helps people explore their experiences, understand how they cope, and develop tools to carry their past with less weight.


Vish’s work is guided by compassion, collaboration, and respect for the individual journey. She believes that meaningful change happens when people feel empowered, seen, and able to reconnect with their authentic selves. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, confidence, and balance, fostering growth that is both practical and deeply personal.
